For those seeking an authentic encounter with spiritual India, without haste or tourist sights to tick off.
02 Physical preparation
The rhythm will be moderate, but India involves walking, heat, roads, waiting, unforeseen circumstances and possible changes to the program.
03 Accommodation
In ashrams (Isha, Osho) or three- to four-star hotels, chosen for cleanliness, safety and proximity to the places of interest. Details upon registration.
04 Food
Vegetarian food, delicious and specific to each place.
05 Climate & clothing
Ideal temperatures: 25–30°C during the day and 15–25°C at night. Light, modest and breathable clothing is recommended.
06 Visa & passport
You need a valid passport and a visa for India. Details upon registration.
07 Health & insurance
Health comes first, and travel insurance is warmly recommended.
08 Money
For meals not included in the program and other personal expenses, we estimate a budget of EUR 500.

The group will be small and assembled through careful selection, in order to preserve the quality of the experience.

In ashrams and sacred spaces, silence, simplicity, modesty and respect for the rules are important.
